Michel Seba

Born in 1973, Michel Seba studied percussion at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels and is now one of Belgium's most prominent percussionists.

He performs across genres, including jazz, folk, world music, and pop. His ability to blend these diverse influences has made him a sought-after collaborator, leading to numerous recording sessions and performances at national and international festivals.

Michel Seba contributes to music for theater, contemporary circus (with Feria Musica), dance (notably with Alain Platel), as well as film scores and commercials. He accompanies dance classes at P.A.R.T.S and Rosas.

He also leads percussion workshops and masterclasses in Belgium (Akdt), Burkina Faso, Vietnam, Algeria, and at the Royal Conservatory of Liège.

Over the years, he has performed with and accompanied notable artists such as Slang, Eddy Louiss, Soledad, Daniel Romeo, Diederik Wissels, David Linx, Linley Marthe, Paco Sery, Eric Legnini, Stéphane Galland, Michel Hatzigeorgiou, Steve Houben, Pierre Vaiana, Toots Thielemans, Axelle Red, Philippe Lafontaine, Baï Kamara, and many more.
