Elodie Verlinden

Elodie Verlinden holds a PhD in Information and Communication - Performing Arts from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters at ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles).

She is a dance researcher, lecturer, and lead research logistician at ULB. She teaches in the Master's program in Performing Arts at ULB (History and Aesthetics of Dance), in the Master's program in Dance at INSAS/La Cambre (Close Readings), and conducts various outreach activities, notably as part of the Children’s University.

Focusing on a semiopragmatic approach, her research explores the relationship between dance and audience reception, examining the impact of new creative processes on traditional models of dance analysis.
